Can I request fabric samples before purchasing a sofa?
Yes, we encourage customers to order free fabric swatches to ensure the color and texture perfectly match their home decor. You can request these directly on the product page or by contacting our customer service team.
Do you offer furniture assembly services?
Many of our larger items include professional assembly as part of our premium delivery service. For items marked as 'self-assembly,' we provide detailed instructions, or you can opt to add an assembly service at checkout for an additional fee.
What is your return policy for furniture?
We offer a 14-day return period for online orders. Items must be returned in their original packaging and in a resalable condition. Please note that bespoke or made-to-order items cannot be returned unless they are faulty.
Do you provide interest-free credit or financing?
To help make your house a home, we offer a range of flexible finance options, including 0% APR interest-free credit on qualifying orders. This allows you to spread the cost over 6, 12, or 24 months.
How can I track the status of my furniture order?
