Fishpools Returns & Refunds Policy
We want you to be delighted with your furniture; however, if you are not entirely satisfied, you may return your items within 14 days of delivery provided they are in their original, unassembled condition. Please note that bespoke orders and mattresses that have been opened are excluded from our standard return policy for hygiene and manufacturing reasons.
Return Process
- 1.Notify Our Team
Contact our customer service department within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate a return request and obtain an authorization number.
- 2.Prepare for Collection
Ensure the furniture is securely repackaged in its original wrapping and is ready for safe transport from your property.
- 3.Schedule Pickup
Our logistics team will coordinate a convenient date to collect the items; please note that a collection fee may apply depending on your location and item size.
- 4.Inspection and Refund
Once the goods are returned to our warehouse and pass a quality inspection, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 10 working days.
